Last weekend I had the great pleasure to once again make my way to lovely Sweden (by now Arlanda airport starts feeling like a second home to me) to be part of this year's Stockholm Ladies Curling Cup. That's the third time now that they invited me as the official photographer for the event and I'm always excited to return because it's definitely one of the best tournaments of the season. World-class teams, a beautiful ice rink and hey, it's in Stockholm, do I need to say anything else? Didn't think so. But the best thing for me was that I got to see so many familiar faces again. The guys and gals from SLCC work hard to organise such an excellent event every year, but they also are a fun bunch to have around. They really make me feel like an important part of the team and working with them is always an absolute delight. So big thanks to Tommy, Rolf, Stefan and all the countless other people who contributed to this years event! A special thanks goes out to Jan and his lovely wife Doris, who were kind enough to host me at their beautiful home. All in all I can't think of a better way to kick off my curling season, but I'm gonna stop writing now, I'm not very good at it, and instead end with something I'm decent at. Pictures.
Enjoy!
